AuthorHouse UK author Jamie Govani races to sell her book

When AuthorHouse UK reviews contacted newly published author Jamie Govani about featuring as an Author in the Spotlight, after spotting some local media coverage, we didn’t realise what a tenacious, entrepreneurial and generous lady we have on our hands. But first some background information. Jamie came to the UK as a child with her family after being expelled from Idi Amin’s regime. Initially, life in Britain was very tough for Jamie along with her large displaced family.  However Jamie persevered, becoming a banker, then after marriage, establishing her own business with her husband, Amir. The business thrived and now Jamie and her husband have property and travel agency businesses. Oh, and she has brought up three children along the way; Farzana a barrister, Ali who is studying veterinary science and Zahra who is studying British/French Law.  Read More
